Common PHEV Battery Issues

P0A1F-49 Code: Battery Energy Control Module (BECM) internal failure - memory corruption or processor fatigue on BECM board. Requires BECM replacement (LR137929/LR175174), not entire battery pack. BECM is VIN-locked and requires TOPIx Cloud "Replace ECU" routine for pairing.
P0AA0-66 Code: HV battery contactor circuit fault causing "Charging System Fault" - often related to CSC (Cell Supervision Circuit) board failures or contactor welding
P0B3C/P0B3F Codes: Cell Supervision Circuit (CSC) board failure showing erratic voltage readings. Modular CSC boards can be replaced individually without full pack replacement.
Charging Issues: Intermittent charging due to contactor failures, HV coolant pump failure (LR059341), or auxiliary 12V battery (LR132266) preventing "Ready" mode
Dead Battery Revival: Battery below contactor threshold requires "bootstrapping" - BSU at 13.5V/100A + TOPIx "Rescue Charge" to force contactors closed
